Grilled Stone Fruit with Yogurt and Granola

Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 300-350 degrees F.
- Gently brush canola oil on the flesh side of the stone fruit halves.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and honey together and set aside.
- Place the stone fruit flesh side down on the grill and grill for 4-5 minutes until char marks appear.
- Remove the fruit from the grill and serve with a dollop of the yogurt mixture and top with granola.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
