Ingredients

The fruit

  • 3 pieces peaches, halved
  • 3 pieces plums, halved

The dressing

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 cup siggis plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

The topping

  • 1 batch Homemade Almond Vanilla Granola
  • to taste optional honey for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 300-350 degrees F.
  2. Gently brush canola oil on the flesh side of the stone fruit halves.
  3. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and honey together and set aside.
  4. Place the stone fruit flesh side down on the grill and grill for 4-5 minutes until char marks appear.
  5. Remove the fruit from the grill and serve with a dollop of the yogurt mixture and top with granola.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired.
