Ingredients

The peaches

  • 3 whole Peaches

The cream sauce

  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 5 oz. Greek Yogurt Peach
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Organic Agave

The candied walnuts

  • 1 cup Walnut Halves
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Butter

The spices

  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the seed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek Yogurt, Evaporated Milk, Organic Agave, and Vanilla Extract until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan to medium heat, add butter, then brown sugar, stirring until the sugar begins to break down.
  4. Add walnut halves to the pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, then set aside.
  5. Heat a grill to medium/high heat and grill the peach halves for 3 minutes, fruit side down.
  6. Flip the peaches to the skin side and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  7. Cook for 2 more minutes, then place on a serving dish.
  8. Top the grilled peaches with the cream sauce and candied walnuts, and serve hot.
