Grilled Peaches and Cream Gelato

Instructions
- Preheat the grill.
- Rub the grill grates with oil using paper towels to prevent sticking.
- Place peach halves on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Turn the peaches and grill the skin side for another 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and carefully peel the skin off the peaches.
- Puree the peaches in a food processor and refrigerate until cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Mix in the peach puree and pour the mixture into a gelato or ice cream maker.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
- Allow to fully freeze before serving.
