Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry sauce by simmering blueberries, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract with a bit of water until thickened.
- In a bowl, mix Mascarpone cheese with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, light brown sugar, and honey to taste.
- Slice and pit the peaches, brush them with butter, and grill them until marked.
- Serve the grilled peaches with blueberry sauce and a dollop of the Mascarpone cream while warm.
