Instructions
- Mix mascarpone, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until combined and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400 degrees).
- Brush the halved peaches with canola oil.
- Place the peaches flesh side down on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove peaches from the grill and serve with a tablespoon of mascarpone and a tablespoon of almond slices.
