Cedar Planked Peaches with Mascarpone, Pistachios and Honey

Ingredients

The peaches

  • 4 pieces peaches

The toppings

  • ½ cup mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

The cedar planks

  • 2 pieces cedar planks

Instructions

  1. Soak the cedar planks for 10 minutes before using.
  2. Set the smoker to 250 degrees.
  3. Halve the peaches and remove their seeds.
  4. Place 4 peach halves on each cedar plank and smoke for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the peaches from the smoker and place on dessert plates.
  6. Top each peach with 1 tbsp. mascarpone, a drizzle of honey, 1 tbsp. chopped pistachios, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
