Spiced Chickpea and Spinach Pockets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° and prepare a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a pot, heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil and cook the spinach until wilted, then mix it with the chana masala.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 portions and roll each into a round, then fill with the spinach mixture and seal.
- Brush the pockets with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds before baking until golden brown.
- Prepare the yogurt sauce by whisking together yogurt, olive oil, and salt, then serve with the pockets.
