Indian-Inspired Chilli Chickpea Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to preheat.
- Toss the sliced peppers and onions with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet.
- Roll the pizza dough into a 14-inch round on a floured surface and transfer it to the preheated stone or sheet, brushing the top with the remaining olive oil.
- Bake the crust and veggies for about 20 minutes until the crust is lightly browned and the veggies are tender.
- In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, cayenne, and chickpeas. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Spread the chickpea mixture over the baked crust, top with roasted peppers and onions, sprinkle with scallions and cilantro, and drizzle with tahini before serving.
