Thai Chili Chicken Pizza

Thai Chili Sauce

Instructions
- Make the cauliflower crust and place it on a greased parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a small sauce pot, combine rice vinegar and water, and bring to a boil.
- Add honey, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the arrowroot and whisk until dissolved and the sauce thickens, then remove from heat.
- Spread the Thai chili sauce over the cauliflower crust, then top with chicken, pineapple, red pepper, green onion, and cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
