Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until done.
- Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, grated ginger, and hot water until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Chop the cooked chicken and coat it with sriracha.
- Slice the red onion and red bell pepper.
- Spread peanut sauce on naan, top with cheese, chicken, onion, and bell pepper.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with fresh cilantro before serving.
