Ingredients

The base and sauce

  • 8 pcs naan
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • approx. 2 Tbsp sriracha hot sauce

The toppings

  • 2 medium chicken breasts
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until done.
  2. Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing hoisin sauce, peanut butter, sriracha, grated ginger, and hot water until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  4. Chop the cooked chicken and coat it with sriracha.
  5. Slice the red onion and red bell pepper.
  6. Spread peanut sauce on naan, top with cheese, chicken, onion, and bell pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Top with fresh cilantro before serving.
