Ingredients

The sauce

  • 4 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil

The pizza

  • 1 10 oz Boboli 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 scallion diced
  • ¾ cup 2% reduced fat shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded or julienned carrots
  • ¼ cup bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the PB2, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, black pepper, Sriracha, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  3. Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
  4. Top with chopped chicken and scallions, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Add the shredded carrots and bean sprouts on top.
  6. Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the pizza before serving.
