Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the PB2, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, black pepper, Sriracha, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
- Top with chopped chicken and scallions, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add the shredded carrots and bean sprouts on top.
- Place the pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the pizza before serving.
