Ingredients

The pizza base and toppings

  • 2 loaves Naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 small (8oz) boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional basil for topping

The Alfredo sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add garlic and cook until golden.
  3. Stir in flour and cook until lightly brown.
  4. Whisk in milk and continue whisking until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place naan on a baking sheet and spread Alfredo sauce on each loaf.
  7. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and halved tomatoes.
  8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the crust is toasted and cheese is melted.
  9. Add basil on top if desired and serve.
