Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a pizza stone in the center to heat for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, then cook flour for 30 seconds before adding garlic and cooking until fragrant.
- Whisk in heavy cream and milk, cooking until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- On a floured parchment sheet, shape the pizza dough into a 13-inch round, letting it rest for 10 minutes for a fluffier crust.
- Spread half of the white sauce over the dough, add shredded chicken, then pour the remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon, then brush the outer crust with olive oil.
- Transfer to the pizza stone and bake for 12-14 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
