Healthy Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

The pizza base and sauce

  • 1 batch whole wheat pizza dough
  • 4 cups creamy cauliflower sauce

The toppings

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella or other cheese
  • to taste diced tomatoes
  • to taste minced fresh parsley
  • to taste Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust and preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread about 1½ cups of sauce over each unbaked crust.
  3. Arrange the shredded chicken evenly over both pizzas and add more sauce on top.
  4. Add diced tomatoes or any additional toppings, then sprinkle cheese over both pizzas.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, then turn on the broiler for an additional 3-8 minutes until browned.
  6. Serve immediately topped with parsley, additional salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese, or a drizzle of olive oil.
