Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 60 seconds in a large bowl.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and almond flour, then add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Place parchment paper on a pizza pan and spoon the dough onto it, rolling it out.
- Poke holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 8 minutes.
- While the crust bakes, cook chicken cubes in a skillet with seasoning until no longer pink.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce over the baked crust, add spinach, bacon, and chicken, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Cool before serving.
