Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and grease a pizza pan.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour and whisk to remove clumps.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave, then mix with almond flour and eggs to form a sticky dough.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to ½ inch thick and shape it into a pizza.
- Bake the crust for 12 minutes until firm.
- Add sauce, cheese, and toppings to the pre-baked crust, brush the sides with olive oil, and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden.
