Ingredients

The dough

  • 2 ½ cups almond flour
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, low moisture
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs

The toppings

  • ¼ cup keto pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For brushing

  • to taste olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and grease a pizza pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and whisk to remove clumps.
  3. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave, then mix with almond flour and eggs to form a sticky dough.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to ½ inch thick and shape it into a pizza.
  5. Bake the crust for 12 minutes until firm.
  6. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings to the pre-baked crust, brush the sides with olive oil, and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden.
