Ingredients

Pizza Crust

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • oz cream cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1-2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Pizza Marinara Sauce

  • ½ cup Raos marinara sauce

Pizza Toppings

  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • to taste parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 60 seconds.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and almond flour; microwave for another 30 seconds if too thick.
  4. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place parchment paper on a pizza pan and spoon the dough onto it.
  6. Cover with another sheet of parchment and roll out the dough.
  7. Poke holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 8 minutes.
  8. Spread marinara sauce over the baked crust.
  9. Add spinach and pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  11. Cool before serving.
