Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 60 seconds.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and almond flour; microwave for another 30 seconds if too thick.
- Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Place parchment paper on a pizza pan and spoon the dough onto it.
- Cover with another sheet of parchment and roll out the dough.
- Poke holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 8 minutes.
- Spread marinara sauce over the baked crust.
- Add spinach and pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Cool before serving.
