Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl or food processor, mix the eggs and either almond flour or coconut flour.
- Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave or double boiler until well combined.
- Add the melted cheese to the flour mixture and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the lined baking pan or pizza peel to about 1/4" or 1/3" thickness and poke holes to prevent bubbling.
- Bake for 6 minutes, then poke any bubbles and bake for another 3-7 minutes until lightly golden.
- Top the crust with your favorite sauce and toppings, then return to the oven for about 10 minutes until hot.
