Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 1 large Egg (beaten)
  • ¾ cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour

Coconut Flour Version

  • cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 2 large Eggs (whisked)
  • cup Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl or food processor, mix the eggs and either almond flour or coconut flour.
  3. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave or double boiler until well combined.
  4. Add the melted cheese to the flour mixture and mix until a uniform dough forms.
  5. Spread the dough onto the lined baking pan or pizza peel to about 1/4" or 1/3" thickness and poke holes to prevent bubbling.
  6. Bake for 6 minutes, then poke any bubbles and bake for another 3-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Top the crust with your favorite sauce and toppings, then return to the oven for about 10 minutes until hot.
