Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • to taste garlic salt

Toppings

  • 1 link Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage
  • 4 ounces kale
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare the oven racks.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add and wilt the kale.
  3. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted, then mix in the beaten egg.
  4. Incorporate almond flour and protein powder into the cheese mixture until combined.
  5. Spread the dough on parchment paper and dock it with a fork.
  6. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Rub the baked crust with garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and layer with toppings.
  8. Bake again until the cheese is melted, then cut and serve.
