Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces full fat cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • to taste garlic salt

Toppings

  • 1 link Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage
  • 4 ounces kale
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and position the racks.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add and wilt the kale.
  3. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave and mix with the beaten egg.
  4. Add almond flour and protein powder to the cheese mixture and blend until elastic.
  5. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined pan and dock it with a fork.
  6. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Rub the baked crust with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Layer half of the mozzarella, sautéed kale, ricotta, sausage, and remaining mozzarella on top.
  9. Bake until the cheese is melted, then cut and serve.
