Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and position the racks.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add and wilt the kale.
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave and mix with the beaten egg.
- Add almond flour and protein powder to the cheese mixture and blend until elastic.
- Spread the dough on a parchment-lined pan and dock it with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Rub the baked crust with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Layer half of the mozzarella, sautéed kale, ricotta, sausage, and remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake until the cheese is melted, then cut and serve.
