Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour and set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded cheese and yogurt and microwave until melted.
  4. Whisk the melted cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour, then add the egg and mix until combined.
  6. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
  7. Form a ball of dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
  8. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll out into a circular shape, about 10 inches in diameter.
  9. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
  10. Top with your choice of toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked and cheese is melted.
