Fathead Pizza Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded cheese and yogurt and microwave until melted.
- Whisk the melted cheese mixture until well combined.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour, then add the egg and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough with your hands until smooth.
- Form a ball of dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll out into a circular shape, about 10 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
- Top with your choice of toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked and cheese is melted.
