Ingredients

The pizza

  • 1 each 12” Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
  • ½ cup light Alfredo sauce
  • ¾ cup 2% reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

The toppings

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded or chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Add spinach and garlic, cooking until the spinach is wilted and garlic is golden.
  4. Remove from heat and spread Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
  5. Top with the cooked spinach and garlic mixture, followed by the chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake on a baking sheet or pizza stone for 8-10 minutes.
