Chicken Alfredo Pizza

12” Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust

light Alfredo sauce

2% reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese

grated Parmesan cheese
The toppings

fresh spinach, chopped

garlic, minced

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded or chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Add spinach and garlic, cooking until the spinach is wilted and garlic is golden.
- Remove from heat and spread Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust, leaving a ½ inch edge.
- Top with the cooked spinach and garlic mixture, followed by the chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake on a baking sheet or pizza stone for 8-10 minutes.
