Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a pizza peel with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sea salt.
- Whisk the eggs lightly and mix them into the chicken mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper, forming a thin crust about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake the crust for 15 to 20 minutes until firm and golden on the edges.
- Let the crust rest for 10 minutes to help seal it.
- Add Alfredo sauce and your choice of toppings on the crust.
- Return to the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, optionally broil for a couple of minutes for browning.
- Slice and enjoy your chicken crust pizza!
