Ingredients

The crust

  • ¾ lb Shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs

The toppings

  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • ¾ cup Fresh spinach
  • cup Red onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a pizza peel with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and sea salt.
  3. Whisk the eggs lightly and mix them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper, forming a thin crust about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Bake the crust for 15 to 20 minutes until firm and golden on the edges.
  6. Let the crust rest for 10 minutes to help seal it.
  7. Add Alfredo sauce and your choice of toppings on the crust.
  8. Return to the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, optionally broil for a couple of minutes for browning.
  9. Slice and enjoy your chicken crust pizza!
