Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground chicken for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Italian seasoning and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and press it down into a large pizza shape on the lined baking sheet.
- Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the crust and add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
