Ingredients

The crust

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

The toppings

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 small mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ small bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground chicken for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Italian seasoning and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and press it down into a large pizza shape on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust and add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
