The Chicken Crust

Part-Skim Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Sugar-free BBQ sauce

smoked Gouda cheese, grated

crisp bacon, crumbled

chopped cilantro (or whole leaves)
Instructions
- Shred the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the chicken crust ingredients together and pat them onto the parchment paper.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes until the edges are brown.
- Spread BBQ sauce over the crust and top with Gouda cheese, onions, and bacon.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top with cilantro, cut, and serve.
