Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough and let it rise.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (246°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza pan.
- Shape the dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on the prepared pan.
- Push dents into the dough to prevent bubbling and brush with olive oil.
- Spread the barbecue sauce over the dough, then add the chicken and remaining barbecue sauce.
- Top with mozzarella, gouda, and red onion.
- Bake for 14–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cilantro before slicing and serving.
