Instructions
- Roll the dough onto a lightly floured surface into a circle.
- Dust the cutting board or pizza peel with flour and corn meal.
- Place the dough on the board/peel and layer with BBQ sauce, spreading it thinly.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
- Cook in the pizza oven at 225°F or in a regular oven at 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Turn the pizza once during cooking to ensure even browning.
- Garnish with arugula or green onions before serving.
