Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza

cooked chicken, shredded

BBQ sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded gouda cheese

sliced thin red onion

Instructions
- Form the pizza dough into the desired shape on a floured surface and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high and grease the grates.
- Cook the dough on the grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Flip the dough so the grilled side is up and spread ½ cup of BBQ sauce over it, then add half of each cheese.
- Mix the remaining BBQ sauce with the shredded chicken and spread it over the pizza.
- Layer the red onion slices on top and add the remaining cheese.
- Return the pizza to the grill for another 4-5 minutes until the crust is cooked and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill, add cilantro, and let it rest before cutting.
