Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust instructions.
- Toss the cooked chicken with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the unbaked pizza crust with olive oil and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread the remaining barbecue sauce over the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer half of the gouda and mozzarella cheese on the crust, followed by the chicken and red onion.
- Top with the remaining gouda and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizza according to the crust instructions.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve with ranch if desired.
