Instructions
- Brine the chicken breasts in a mixture of water and sea salt for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, sea salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F until the internal temperature reaches 163-165°F.
- Remove the chicken and cover it with foil, letting it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
