Instructions
- Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create 6 pieces and pound to an even thickness.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F and arrange the chicken in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, flip, and continue cooking for 2 to 5 additional minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
