Watermelon Lemonade

Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of water in a pan on medium-high heat and add the sweetener to create a simple syrup, stirring until clear.
- Set the simple syrup aside.
- Blend the watermelon until smooth in a blender.
- Strain the pureed watermelon to extract the juice into a bowl.
- Combine the strained watermelon juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in the blender and blend until combined.
- Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness and lemon flavor by adding more water or lemon juice as desired.
