Instructions
- Slice the watermelon in half and scoop chunks into the blender, discarding the rind.
- Blend the watermelon until fully pulverized, about one minute.
- For added flavor, squeeze the lime juice into the blender and blend for a few seconds.
- If the juice is pulpy or has seeds, strain it through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher; otherwise, pour it directly into glasses filled with ice.
- Store any leftover juice in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 4 days, stirring before serving.
