The juice

fresh lime juice

ginger juice
Optional additions

sparkling water

fresh mint
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain the juice through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a bowl.
- Transfer the juice to a pitcher and stir in the lime juice and ginger juice.
- Serve the juice over ice, optionally adding sparkling water and garnishing with fresh mint.
