Spaghetti with Mushroom Bolognese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add chopped red onion and crushed garlic, and stir.
- In a food processor, pulse the mushrooms and carrots for about 30 seconds until textured.
- Add the mushroom and carrot mixture to the saucepan, along with Italian seasoning, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and mix well.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
