Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown and fragrant.
- Add the chopped onion, celery, carrot, and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
- Stir in the walnuts, tomato passata, vegetable stock paste, and spices, then cook to thicken the sauce.
- Prepare the Spaghettini according to package instructions.
- Rinse and strain the pasta, then mix it with the Bolognese sauce.
- Add grated mozzarella to the sauce and stir to melt.
- Serve the pasta garnished with fresh basil and optional toppings.
