The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Rinse the bulgur under running water and soak it in cold water for 3 to 4 hours, then drain well.
- Transfer the bulgur to a mixing bowl and add the chopped parsley, mint, green onions, and tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate the tabouleh for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to develop.
