Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry bulgur
  • 2 bunches flat parsley
  • 2 bunches mint
  • 2 count green onions
  • 3 count tomatoes
  • 2 count garlic cloves
  • ½ count lemon (juice)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the bulgur in cold water for a couple of hours and then drain well.
  2. Chop all the vegetables finely.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Let sit for a couple of hours to develop flavors before serving.
