The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Cover bulgur wheat with boiling water in a bowl and let it sit covered for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, strain the bulgur wheat to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine bulgur wheat, diced tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, parsley, and mint if using.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cumin to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well mixed and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
