Vegan Mac and Cheese

non-dairy milk

non-dairy butter

lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all cheese powder ingredients until fine, about 30 seconds.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- In a saucepan, combine non-dairy milk and 3 tablespoons of cheese powder, whisk and simmer until creamy.
- Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and stir in the non-dairy butter.
- Adjust seasoning with lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
