Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Blend all sauce ingredients together in a food processor or blender for 30-60 seconds.
- Once the pasta is cooked and drained, combine it with the sauce in a saucepan.
- Simmer over low-medium heat, stirring frequently for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
