Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cheese sauce by blending it with water, apple cider vinegar, mustard seed powder, chickpea miso, and salt to taste.
- Combine the crispy topping ingredients in a food processor or mix them in a bowl if using almond flour.
- Cook the pasta for half the time indicated on the package, then drain and rinse.
- Mix the partially cooked pasta with the cheese sauce, starting with 2 cups of sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crispy topping evenly over it.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking at 15 minutes to prevent overcooking.
- Serve hot.
