The dressing

rice wine vinegar

Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
- While the quinoa is cooking, whisk together the vinegar, oils, lime juice, honey, salt, cilantro, and garlic to make the dressing.
- Prepare the edamame by steaming, microwaving, rinsing under hot water, or tossing with the hot quinoa.
- Combine the cooked quinoa, edamame, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Toss everything with the dressing and season to taste.
- Garnish with peanuts if desired and serve.
