Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and weighing pasta.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode, heat olive oil, and cook onions until soft.
- Add ground beef or turkey, breaking it apart and cooking until mostly done.
- Drain excess grease if necessary, then add seasonings and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly before adding broth or water, scraping the pot's bottom.
- Layer broken spaghetti noodles over the meat mixture without stirring.
- Pour diced tomatoes and spaghetti sauce over the noodles without stirring.
- Seal the pot and set to pressure cook for 7 minutes.
- Perform a quick release of pressure when cooking is complete.
- Stir the spaghetti well, let it sit for a few minutes to thicken, then serve with parmesan.
