Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ large banana
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Freeze the watermelon by cutting it into chunks and placing it on a lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Set aside 1.5 cups of the frozen watermelon and place the rest back in the freezer.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, banana, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend until smooth and adjust the consistency with more almond milk if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
