Watermelon Smoothie

Instructions
- Freeze the watermelon by cutting it into chunks and placing it on a lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
- Set aside 1.5 cups of the frozen watermelon and place the rest back in the freezer.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, banana, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and adjust the consistency with more almond milk if needed.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
