Optional add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen
  • a pinch cinnamon
  • to taste honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Ensure all fruit is frozen or chilled.
  2. Combine the fruit, non-dairy milk, mint leaves, and any optional add-ins in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
