Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 cups watermelon, frozen, cubed, seedless
  • 1 medium banana, cut into chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • ½ cup light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon juice from lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional garnish

  • as needed watermelon balls
  • as needed chia seeds
  • as needed fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  3. Garnish with watermelon balls, chia seeds, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
