Instructions
- 1. Whisk together all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken in a dish or bag; refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- 2. Shred cucumber and remove excess liquid; combine with tzatziki ingredients and refrigerate.
- 3. Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- 4. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through, then let rest.
- 5. Slice chicken and serve in flatbread or pita with tzatziki and desired toppings.
