The Fillings

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Lightly salt the chicken, coat with the marinade, add yogurt, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat and grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Slice the cooked chicken and warm the pita bread.
- Spread Tzatziki sauce on the pita, add lettuce, cucumber, sliced chicken, tomatoes, onion, and feta cheese.
- Wrap the pita and serve.
