Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Mustard Seed Herb Relish

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sear both sides in a well-oiled skillet.
- Lower the heat and continue cooking the chicken until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Mustard Seed Relish by combining all its ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, spoon a couple of tablespoons of the Mustard Seed Relish over each piece.
- Serve the chicken with the relish.
